Been a long 2yr wait, the custom home and pole barn have finally finished the design, builder, and finance process. Dec 8, 2004 · Found my current house on 50 acres in Webberville in 2011. Last of the foreclosure "steals". Made even more money on my turn key Fowlerville hunting property and jumped into the new property. Put 100k and 7 months of work into the foreclosure and turned it into a brand new house with the pole barn and man cave in the earlier pics in this thread.

Oct 2, 2011 · The short section you saw in the man cave in my barn was Eastern Red (Aromatic Red) Cedar which I bought at a local mill. It was 6". The boards around the posts in the pole barn are White Pine from another tree from our property that I had milled up on a portable saw mill. I stickered it to dry in the lean-to and then jointed and planed it myself.
