The ladies Schwinn Breeze would have been available with the 3 speed that would have had the same essential look of a Collegiate....same tire size etc.

Metacortex. 08-13-19 07:05 PM. I believe that is a 1974 Suburban and that the OP has mis-read the serial. There are several clues: The color is Opaque Blue, which was last used in '74. The forged steel stem is also a type that was last used in mid-'74. The shifters are a type that was used starting in mid-'73.

In fact, any bikes sold in these kinds of stores should be avoided like the plague. A few dollars more spent at a bike shop will get you something much better.
