The built in camera works great on zoom calls, but I am wanting to use the Nexigo camera to put on top of my home TV and hook it to my laptop for family connections. I have downloaded the software on the laptop, but it won't connect to the Nexigo when I use zoom. Help!!

Further testing shows that if I open the NexiGo Webcam Settings app first and show it's camera preview (looks normal) then open teams and visit the Devices section in the application settings, the Webcam preview in the NexiGo settings app gets corrupted as well.
