South Africa beat Australia by five wickets in Kuala Lumpur on Friday to reach the final of the ICC Women’s U-19 T20 World Cup

The semi-finals of the ICC Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup are being played in Kuala Lumpur today. The first semi-final will be played between Australia Women and South Africa Women at half past seven. In the second semi-final, England Women will take on India Women at half past eleven.

South Africa secured their maiden spot in the ICC Women's U19 T20 World Cup final after an impressive five-wicket win over Australia in the first semi-final in Kuala Lumpur on Friday, as per the International Cricket Council (ICC).

Reigning champions India will defend their ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup title after beating England in the semi-finals by nine wickets. Although the final margin of victory was comprehensive, this was the hardest they have been pushed with England flying out of the blocks after electing to bat.

The match officials have been announced for the semi-finals in Malaysia. India’s Gayathri Venugopalan and Nitin Bathi of the Netherlands will be in the middle for the first of the semi-finals between South Africa and Australia.
