Kansas Appleseed Center for Law and Justice, Inc. have filed a lawsuit over a new law dealing with mail-in ballots.

The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrest of 37-year-old Thomas Torrez, identified as the suspect in an incident on Sunday that involved a chase and crashes in south Wichita.
