Planned Parenthood said it intends to sue the Trump administration over the recently passed “big, beautiful bill” that would “defund” the nonprofit health clinic. Republicans’ massive tax and spending bill includes a provision that would prohibit Medicaid funds from being used to reimburse health clinics that provide elective abortions.

The abortion provider slammed the president’s signature legislation and warned of closures due to lost Medicaid funding.
