David Richards, the chairman of Motorsport UK, has threatened world governing body the FIA with legal action if it does not address his concerns about governance.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem, the FIA president, is facing a revolt from within after Motorsport UK threatened legal action against the organisation because of what it called an “erosion of accountability and good governance” under his stewardship.
