The International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor asked judges on Wednesday to issue an arrest warrant for the head of Myanmar’s military regime for crimes committed against the country’s Rohingya Muslim minority.

The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Wednesday said he was seeking an arrest warrant for Myanmar's military leader Min Aung Hlaing for crimes against humanity linked to the alleged persecution and deportations committed against the Rohingya.
