Voters approved Oregon's Ballot Measure 115 Tuesday, giving legislators the power to remove statewide elected officials from office. The Impeachment of Elected State Executives Amendment is one of three proposed changes to Oregon's constitution that the Oregon Legislature sent to voters.

This measure would raise the minimum tax on businesses with sales in the state in excess of $25 million by 3% and 'rebate' the proceeds to Oregonians.
