Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said her government would retaliate if President-elect Donald Trump moves forward with his threat to impose a 25 percent tariff on the country. The Morning Joe panel discusses.

Mexico said it would slap tit-for-tat tariffs on the US, while China said Trump's finger-pointing "runs completely counter to facts".

The tariffs could drive up the prices of Tequila, and Canadian whisky, increasing liquor costs for US consumers.
