As the mega-auction of the IPL 2025 is underway, all of the teams are busy preparing and building their squads for the upcoming tournament. Royal Challengers Bengaluru went into the auction with the second highest purse as they looked to sign some big names to their squad.

Rishabh Pant was secured by LSG for INR 27 crore, becoming the highest-paid player in IPL history. Shreyas Iyer was the second-most expensive buy.

A total of 577 players (210 overseas and 367 Indian) will be going under the hammer and the 10 teams will look to fill 204 slots, 70 of which are for overseas players. The high-octane event will start at 3:30 PM IST on November 24 and 25 in Jeddah.
