Moving Day at the 2025 John Deere Classic featured some chaos, as there were eight tied for the lead at one point thanks to gusty winds that made it difficult to score, but as the final groups made their way around TPC Deere Run we saw five players create some separation from the pack.

Thompson made a 10-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole Saturday, giving him a 4-under 67 on a much tougher golf course and a one-shot lead at TPC Deere Run.

Dozens of players enter the final round in contention, headlined by the likes of Max Homa, veteran Matt Kuchar and defending champion Davis Thompson.
