A toddler is dead and another child is in the hospital after a three-vehicle crash in Winnebago County. At 5:30 p.m. Nov. 13, deputies with the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and Loves Park police responded to a crash in the 5700 block of Forest Hills Road.
