Drake Maye is more than familiar with his new offensive coordinator. When the quarterback came to New England last year, he dove into his new playbook but also watched game film from past Patriots seasons. As it turns out, those film sessions will come in handy this season when Maye is coached by Josh McDaniels for the first time.

The Patriots hit the quarterback jackpot last spring when they chose Drake Maye with the third overall pick, and the North Carolina product subsequently put together a strong rookie campaign with a bad cast of "talent" around him.
