Seahawks coaches did not speak with the media following yesterday's practice, so until we hear from Mike Macdonald we have to rely on the injury report - and that's bad news.

Seahawks receiver DK Metcalf sat out the first two days of practice this week because of a shoulder injury, but he was a full participant in practice Friday.

It is a lengthy practice report for Seattle on Wednesday, with DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Leonard Williams among those who were non-participants in practice. The good news is Uchenna Nwosu and Stone Forsythe were participants to varying degrees after being allowed to return to practice from injured reserve.

The Seattle Seahawks will have DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett healthy for their Week 13 showdown with the New York Jets.

Five players were listed as DNPs at Wednesday's practice, with the biggest name being the team's star wide receiver DK Metcalf.
