Bear attack’ on Rolls-Royce was person in costume attempting insurance scam, say police - Biologist who reviewed the footage for the insurance claims said it was ‘clearly a human in a bear suit’

Four Los Angeles residents are accused of creating videos of a fake bear ravaging pricey automobiles to cash in on the insurance money.

Police arrested four people charged with insurance fraud. They allege that the suspects used a bear costume to commit said fraud. Their evidence is, in part, video sent to the insurance companies by the suspects themselves.
