Republican Rep. David Valadao is again facing Democrat Rudy Salas in 2024’s race in California’s 22 nd Congressional District, expected to be among the state’s tightest House races.

Republican incumbent John Duarte and Democratic challenger Adam Gray are competing for the office of Congressional District 13 in the 2024 California General Election on Nov. 5. This is their second time challenging each other in a race that was decided by less than half a percentage point in 2022.
