The RTX 5070 is based on the GB205 die, which makes it the weakest in the RTX 50 series. As WccfTech notes, it has fewer dies than the previous 70-class GPUs but more Cuda, Tensor, and RT cores. It has 12GB of GGD7 VRAM.

It’s officially GPU season again, because starting today, several of Nvidia’s newest 50-series graphics cards are hitting physical and digital store shelves, and apparently, just as quickly flying off them. Also, the beastly GPUs are now available inside Maingear’s line of premium pre-built PCs.

The Nvidia RTX 5090 is the most power Blackwell GPU among the 50-series launch cards. The card supports DLSS 4 with a massive 21,760 CUDA cores and 32GB of GDDR7 VRAM, but draws up to 575W of power.

In the US, you can pick up an RTX 5090 FE from Best Buy for $2,000. In the UK, you can pick one up straight from Nvidia starting from £1,939.
