A federal judge has granted a preliminary injunction requested by the Environmental Protection Agency that will force Granger-area dairies to test for nitrates in nearby residential drinking water.
A Janesville resident said he thinks he’s got an overflow of nitrates in his tap water, and he said the foggy, green algae suddenly overtaking the water in his fish tanks prove it.
