DES MOINES, Iowa (KWWL) -- Wolf Carbon Solutions is backing off its planned pipeline project in eastern Iowa. The proposed pipeline would have spanned 95 miles from Linn County to Scott County. Citing delays and regulatory uncertainties, the company on Monday filed a withdrawal for its permit request with the Iowa Utilities Commission.
