There was some significant movement in the new rankings released after the Week 13 games. While the top four teams in last week's rankings —Oregon, Ohio State, Texas, and Penn State—all took care of business, other teams projected to be in the 12-team College Football Playoff bracket suffered losses.

Oregon may still be No. 1 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, but it’s still Ohio State favored to win the national championship when all is said and done.
