In the wake of a High Court jury's verdict finding Conor McGregor liable for the 2018 sexual assault of Nikita Hand, significant repercussions have unfolded for the former UFC champion's business ventures.

Dublin and Cork airport are the latest to cut ties with alcohol brands associated with UFC fighter Conor McGregor following his civil rape trial.

The decision, made by the whiskey brand owner, Proximo Spirits, comes just days after the fighter was found liable in an Irish court for the sexual assault of a woman in 2018.

Conor McGregor has been dealt several blows lately since an eight-person jury found him liable in his civil sexual assault case.

The operator of Dublin and Cork Airports confirmed "none of the bars in Dublin or Cork airports sell either Proper No 12 or Forged Irish Stout"

Conor McGregor’s alcohol products have been removed from airports in Cork and Dublin. The decision comes in the aftermath of the UFC fighter being ordered to pay Nikita Ni Lamhain roughly $258,440 after the latter filed a civil sexual lawsuit.

JD Wetherspoon has become the latest brand to drop Conor McGregor in the wake of his civil rape case, which saw a jury rule in favour of a woman who accused him of raping her. The popular pub chain said it has removed the MMA fighter’s Forged Irish Stout ale from sale at its seven locations in the Republic of Ireland.

Conor McGregor continues to pay the price for his transgressions. The latest hit to McGregor’s reputation comes in the form of Irish airports in Cork and Dublin pulling McGregor-related alcohol products from their airport bars in the wake of the UFC star being found liable for a 2018 sexual assault.
