Mac Miller fans are getting new music in the new year. Miller's estate announced "Balloonerism" will be released on Jan. 17, 2025. A teaser video was released on YouTube, and in an Instagram post, the foundation says it's an album Miller created around the same time as his 2014 album "Faces.

An unreleased album from Mac Miller was teased last night during Tyler, the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw festival in Los Angeles, with a trailer advertising that his lost project “Balloonerism” would arrive “soon.

This will be Mac's second posthumous album following Circles, which was released in January of 2020. Last March, producer Madlib announced during an interview on Sway in the Morning that he was putting the final touches on an upcoming Mac project and implied it was an unreleased album that was previously teased.
