Firefighters responded to a fire at an apartment complex in Johnston on Monday. The fire department responded around 9:15 a.m. to the Bainbridge Apartments on 363 Simmonsville Avenue. An NBC 10 news crew observed firefighters having to deal with smokey conditions.
