Marcee Gray, mother of a high school shooting suspect, faces charges, including elder abuse, after allegedly tying her mother to a chair.

She is charged with exploitation and intimidation of a disabled adult or elderly person, false imprisonment, criminal damage to property in the second degree, and theft.

Gray previously said she called her son's high school the morning of the shootings to warn staff of an “extreme emergency” involving her son.
