Joe Gibbs Racing driver Christopher Bell has admitted he would like to give another racing event outside of NASCAR: The Indy 500.

The Salvation Army has been seeing a decline in bell ringers for more than a decade but it has worsened since the pandemic. Last year, more than 600,000 people in Washington, Montana and Idaho depended on the organization for help, including 56,000 children.

It’s red kettle season for the Salvation Army. You’ll likely hear the ringing of the bell before you see their volunteers in front of local businesses. They’re collecting for people in need as they do every year around the holidays.
