Georgia's brief foray outside of the top 10 of the AP Poll did not last very long. The Bulldogs, who fell outside of that range for the first time since 2020 last week, vaulted right back up to No. 8 ahead of Week 13 after a dominant 31-17 win against Tennessee.

Georgia’s win over Tennessee created quite the quandary as voters had to rate not only the Bulldogs and Vols, but two-loss teams Alabama, Ole Miss and Texas A&M.

The unbeaten Ducks are atop the AP Top 25 for the fifth straight week, passing Texas as the No. 1 team for the most polls this season. They received all 62 first-place votes for the third week in a row after scoring their fewest points in 37 games in the 16-13 win over Wisconsin.

Despite upsetting the LSU Tigers, 27-16, on Saturday Florida did not earn any votes in the Week 12 AP Top 25 Poll. However, seven SEC programs finished the week ranked, including five inside the top 10.

TCU has entered The Associated Press Top 25 women's basketball poll at No. 19, the school's best ranking in 16 years.

As their undefeated start to the season continues, including a win against a top-five opponent, the Auburn Tigers made another jump in the AP Poll.. Auburn checks in at No. 4 this week - one spot higher than their previous ranking. The Tigers improved to 3-0 with a 79-56 win over the Kent State Golden Flashes on Wednesday.
