TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled forward Dylan Duke from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League, vice president and general manager Julien BriseBois announced today.

The Tampa Bay Lightning announced on Friday that they recalled forward Dylan Duke from the Syracuse Crunch. Duke has skated in 36 games with the Crunch so far this season, recording 13 goals, which ties him for the sixth-most among all AHL rookies.

Over the past two games, the Ottawa Senators had a chance to put eight points between themselves and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Instead, the Lightning won both games and moved past the Sens in the standings.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have assigned forward Conor Geekie to the Syracuse Crunch, it was announced Tuesday. Geekie, who was acquired by the Lightning in the Mikhail Sergachev trade last summer, has spent the entire year with Tampa Bay thus far, collecting six goals and 12 points in 49 games.

The Tampa Bay Lightning pulled away late in a tight game with the Ottawa Senators to win 5-1. They swept the two-game series played in Tampa between the two teams.
