The Galaxy S24 Ultra already sports a hulking 6.8-inch screen, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra could bump that up slightly. Noted leaker Ice Universe reported back in August that the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a 6.86-inch display — not a huge difference, but one that puts it in step with its competitor, Apple's iPhone 16 Pro Max .

With an expected launch in January 2025, Samsung’s Galaxy S family will again set the smartphone tone for the first half of the year. It looks like Samsung is preparing a significant update for the S25 family in general and the Galaxy S25 Ultra in particular. Why else would you give it the internal codename of “paradigm”?

We're still some three months out from the expected launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, and it's likely that by then we'll know just about everything there is to know about these phones, with images of a new Galaxy S25 dummy unit the latest leaks to appear.

A dummy of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has surfaced, giving a good look at the expected design of Samsung's future phone. The new device is thought to have slimmer bezels, but with much the same design as previously.

The three variants in the Samsung Galaxy S25 series—the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra—are anticipated to launch officially in early 2025. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is predicted to be taller and thinner than the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
