One person was killed in a predawn crash on the Northern State Parkway involving a pickup truck, according to the New York State Police. The pickup truck's driver died, according to Trooper Brittany Burton, a state police spokeswoman.

An Essex man is dead after a multi-vehicle crash took place on I-695 Saturday morning, according to Maryland State Police.

A Fresno police officer was involved in a two-vehicle collision on Christmas. Fresno police Lt. Alfonso Castillo said the crash happened at 1 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Cedar and Nees avenues.
