The Las Vegas Raiders told veteran quarterback Gardner Minshew that they plan to release him, a source familiar with the move told UPI on Wednesday.

It seemed like wide receiver Davante Adams was on his way out this offseason but the Jets have made a final decision. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday that they are releasing the former All-Pro wide receiver.

The Jets got 11 games and three wins from the third round pick they sent to the Raiders in exchange for Davante Adams. He was released today.
