Browns defensive tackle Maliek Collins, who already has a career high 6.5 sacks this season, was carted off in the second half of Sunday’s game against the 49ers. Collins went down after a second-and-15 incompletion to wide receiver Jauan Jennings with 9:40 left in the third quarter.

The Browns have elevated defensive lineman Sam Kamara from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of their clash with the 49ers.
