Shoppers expect to find deep discounts on Black Friday, but a new study says many retailers create an illusion of a discount by hiking prices first.

Hulu has announced a Black Friday streaming deal for viewers who want to watch their favorite shows — for $0.99. Through Dec. 2, people can subscribe to Hulu with ads for $0.99 per month for a year. A person can add on Hulu with Starz for $0.
