However, yesterday the FDA approved the new Apple Watch (a.k.a. the Apple Watch Series 10) to detect symptoms of sleep apnea and notify users of possible cases. While this new tech won’t be able to diagnose sleep apnea, it can highlight common symptoms that will help a doctor diagnose you.

Apple has today confirmed that, alongside the Apple Watch Series 10, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Series 9 will support Sleep Apnea detection in a future wearables update.

Series 10 has the largest display of any Apple Watch to date, even bigger than the first Ultra. With up to 30 percent more screen area than Series 4, 5, and 6, and up to a whopping 75 percent more than Series 3, this is a game-changer for productivity and accessibility.
