The grocery store chain’s first store on Cape Cod is part of the company’s $9 billion national expansion over the next five years, according to its website. The Northeast is slated to have many more stores opening as part of that expansion.

Ald. Ronnie Mosley (21st) said the closure is a breaking of a promise that Aldi would remain in the neighborhood.

Best known for its quirky offerings and everyday low prices, the discount grocer is making its debut on Cape Cod.

PARMA, Ohio – A new Aldi is coming to Parma at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 21. To celebrate the opening, the store is giving the first 100 customers a gift bag of Aldi Fan Favorites and a gift card. Shoppers can also enter a sweepstakes on November 21-24 for a chance to win a $500 Aldi gift card. The new store will be at 6805 Ridge Road, Parma.

A new Aldi opened in Sussex with the help of a Paralympic medallist. The shop in Tanbridge Retail Park in Horsham is the town’s first Aldi and officially welcomed customers through its doors yesterday morning.
