Emmy and Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris (Uncoupled) has been cast in the Showtime original series Dexter: Resurrection in the guest starring role of “Lowell.” Production on the Dexter: New Blood followup series kicked off in January in New York and is set to premiere this summer on Paramount+ with Showtime.

Krysten Ritter has joined the cast of “ Dexter: Resurrection ” as a guest star. The “Jessica Jones” and “Love & Death” star will play a character named Mia, but other details about the role are unknown.

Dexter: Resurrection has recruited Tony-Award winner Neil Patrick Harris to guest star on an episode of the Showtime original series in the role of Lowell. The series will debut this summer.

Showtime announced Monday that it has added Krysten Ritter to the cast of Dexter: Resurrection. Ritter will guest star in the sequel series, now in production in New York. Ritter plays Mia, but Showtime offered no further description of her.

The 'Jessica Jones' and 'Uncoupled' stars, respectively, add to the already announced cast of Uma Thurman, Peter Dinklage and several returning stars led by Michael C. Hall.
