After having marked his return to competitive cricket with a match haul of seven wickets in the Ranji Trophy, fast bowler Mohammed Shami has been named in Bengal's squad for the 20-over Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, which begins on November 23.

India speedster Mohammed Shami is all set to represent Bengal in the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) on Monday confirmed the squad for the upcoming domestic T20 tournament.

Playing his first competitive match after a year, the 34-year-old, who underwent a surgery for Achilles tendon injury on his left leg, claimed a match haul of seven wickets.
