Harris handily won in Massachusetts. With 89.6% of votes counted, Harris is at 61.9% of the vote, or 1,923,849 votes cast for her. Trump has 1,116,547 votes at of 6:30 a.m. Harris is winning every county in the state.

Massachusetts voters decided to eliminate the MCAS graduation requirement, but rejected the legalization of psychedelics and decided to maintain the tipped minimum wage. Republicans also made gains in the state legislature.

"It's based on the idea that there's frustration with the legislative process," Secretary of the Commonwealth William Galvin said. "That's what the cause of it is. That's why it's in our state constitution because it gives the voters the right to enact laws."
