Mahindra launched two new EVs in India, the BE 6e and the XEV 9e in India. The BE 6e and the XEV 9e are based on the INGLO architecture, in which the battery is placed on the floor, resulting in better interior space.

Prices for Mahindra BE 6E starts at Rs 18.90 lakh (ex-showroom) although the entire list will be unveiled at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 in January.

The Mahindra BE 6e is the first product under the BE sub brand. The electric SUV has been launched at ₹18.90 lakh and the deliveries of the vehicle are expected to begin in February 2025.

In terms of dimensions, the BE 6e measures 4,371 mm in length, 1,907 mm in width, and 1,627 mm in height. In contrast, the XEV 9e is 4,789 mm long, 1,907 mm wide, and 1,694 mm tall. While the XEV 9e is considerably longer and marginally taller than the BE 6e, they have an identical width and wheelbase, which stands at 2,775 mm.

Mahindra’s first EV under the new ‘BE’ sub-brand, the BE 6e, has been launched. It gets five monotone colour options: Tango Red, Desert Myst, Everest White Satin, Firestorm Orange, and Napoli Black. It has a panoramic sunroof, a multi-zone AC, a wireless phone charger, and a segment-first augmented reality (AR) based heads-up display.

Mahindra BE 6e will be available for bookings in the latter part of January 2025, while deliveries set to begin from the end of February 2025.

The latest offerings have been created using the INGLO platform, offering impressive built quality and reliability. Interested will be able to reserve the vehicles at the start of next year.
