The 40-year-old star's long-term partner, Slipknot rocker Sid Wilson, got down on one knee to pop the question to Kelly — with whom he has two-year-old son Sidney — backstage at her dad Ozzy Osbourne's final ever Black Sabbath concert in Birmingham on Saturday (July 5) night.
