Fire at MCI-Norfolk prison sends two corrections officers to the hospital
A fire broke out Sunday at the MCI-Norfolk state prison, sending two corrections officers to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation, officials said. Firefighters from Norfolk and surrounding communities went to the medium-security prison around 2 p.m., officials said.
