Borg Høiby, who holds no royal title or official duties, is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with someone unable to resist, according to Norwegian authorities.

The 27-year-old son of Norway’s crown princess has been accused of a second rape just days after he was arrested on suspicion of the same offense.

Marius Borg Hoiby, the stepson of Crown Prince Haakon of Norway, was arrested on Monday. His lawyer denied the accusation and said his client was cooperating with the authorities.
