Grądzik is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żmigród, within Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres south-east of Żmigród, 20 kilometres north-west of Trzebnica, and 38 kilometres north of the regional capital Wrocław.
